If you pay for the UHD/Atmos pack then you will get access to some native 4K Sky content. Everything else is HD which is then upscaled to 4K on your Glass screen.

No channels in the EPG are in 4K apart from some events carried on Sky Sports.

All HD content is being upscaled to UHD by your Glass television, otherwise 3/4 of the screen would be empty.

@DanielQuinnn if you have the UHD add on, there's a lot of UHD content available On-demand. Most new content is filmed in UHD and looks great plus a lot of the movies on Sky Cinema are UHD.

You'll need fast broadband though as Sky recommend 35mbps but you'll double that if you want to do use your broadband for other things at the same time as watching UHD content as it eats a lot of bandwidth.
