@Shahid786 Here are a few things you can try but if it is still not working I would do as suggested by @Jones_The_Cat and order a replacement using the link they supplied. Generally the quality of the Glass/Stream remotes is dreadful.

You could also try holding the remote at both ends and giving it a gentle twist as though you were wringing out a cloth. Even though it sounds an unlikely solution it has got many faulty remotes working again (including mine on two occasions).

If it is still not working you will need to order a replacement but if you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement to arrive.
