      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3955089"&gt;@Jenla&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Welcome to the forum. &amp;nbsp;I have just checked Netflix on my Stream system and American Nightmare worked fine so the issue would appear to be specific to your system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The first thing to do at any sign of a problem is to do a reboot. Simply&amp;nbsp;switch off your Glass or Stream puck at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again. &amp;nbsp;It will take about a minute to reboot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also try reloading Netflix by going to Netflix &amp;gt; Get Help &amp;gt; reload Netflix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully one or other of the above will resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
