Reload Netfilx (it's in the Netflix get help menu)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Sign out of Netflix and sign back in again (same menu as above)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Refresh your Glass apps (Settings &amp;gt; System Management &amp;gt; Resets &amp;amp; updates)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The App refresh can take a fe hours but is done in the background so you can continue using your Glass TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Netflix hanging</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are experiencing random hanging (stops accepting remote inputs) on the Sky Glass Netflix app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Only happens when browsing the the Home Screen but watching something is fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pressing the Home button takes us back to Sky Glass home but have to wait a few min before we can successfully re-launch the Netflix APP - assume Glass is automatically closing it for us.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anybody else experience this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
