      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Amazon Music app is not showing up on my Sky Glass. Technical help say it should be there and keep getting me to reboot the tv and telling me it will magically appear in 24 hrs. This has been going on for months. Now tonight tech help say Amazon Music app is not available on sky glass at all. Can anyone help. Is it or isn't it an app for glass ? &amp;nbsp;I'm so confused.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Some questions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Have you tried refreshing apps rather than just rebooting?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) What happens when you try and launch it via voice?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) What software version is your Glass on? (Go settings &amp;gt; system management)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just wondering if you need to force a software update, but Sky should be guiding you through this, or replacing the the TV if can't get it to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/52939"&gt;@Exiled-in-HH&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky Ireland has a&amp;nbsp;dedicated t&lt;SPAN&gt;echnical support phone number it's just&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;for Sky Glass/Sky Stream customers in &lt;STRONG&gt;Republic of Ireland&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I ordered by phone the Sky Glass in August 2022 I was given Sky Glass/Stream dedicated t&lt;SPAN&gt;echnical support phone number&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The welcome email also listed that direct number I was to use if I had any issues with Sky Glass/Stream&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's a totally different phone number to Sky Customer services&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know if UK customers also have a&amp;nbsp; dedicated Sky Glass support phone number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
