Hi @Louisew71

What speed is your internet connection and how is your Glass connected? If possible try connecting via ethernet cable and turning off WiFi. The symptoms you have outlined suggest poor connectivity. The voice command NLP (Natural Language Processing) is processed server side (i.e. on sky's servers rather than locally on Glass) and poor connectivity could impact it's performance.

That said, having had Glass for 2 years, I find voice command using the far feild (I e saying hello sky) a lot less reliable than using the mic in the remote.

MikeAlanR

Have had sky glass for a week am seriously considering sending it back. The voice control is not very responsive at all after about 5 attempts it sometimes works. The picture is buffering then going black. Is this normal or do I have a faulty tv ?
Thanks

I've seen on occassions where disabling the WIFI doesn't properly take affect until a restart.
