Hello

The tv sound sounds distorted when someone is talking, it depends on the depth of their voice.

sometimes while watching normal tv , the tv stops and starts. It does does this while watching a film, but not as much. Sometimes it just goes blank and we have to turn it off at the mains. I have reset the tv a few times, but it still freezes.

This might sound strange, but it plays up when it's raining?

these faults didn't happen when first reseived the tv, it is slowly getting worse.

also if someone one on the tv says the word sky, sometimes the tv says I didn't get that.

so now we watch tv until it plays up, then turn it off and go another room and watch normal tv.

Presumably a speaker fault

That probably suggests internet bandwidth is dipping below the minimum Glass requires when a copper 'phone' line gets wet.

That's the hands free Voice Control being triggered.

Is your BB delivered by overhead wires or underground conduit?
