Switch sky glass for another product

My sky glass is no longer required due to a gift of a larger tv, I physically cannot put the glass anywhere else, small house with the 2 of us, wondering if it's possible to return it, it's 2 years old

Have you completed all payments?

You could try selling it online... don't expect anything near what you agreed to pay for it😉

@JaneEG The set is yours to keep, if it's still under a credit repayment you need to understand it's a loan you took with Sky not a HP agreement.

Sky won't take it back just because you no longer want it.

@JaneEG you own the TV even if you are still paying for it on credit. You can sell it but second hand values aren't great. Sky do not buy the units back.

Whatever you do doesnt affect the credit agreement payments which remain due.

Sky are still trying to empty the Sky Glass warehouse so the last thing Sky need is returns🤔

It's all gone a bit quiet on that front so perhaps it may never happen at all.

Sky keep going on about becoming net zero but it looks like there are going to a lot of Glass tvs at recycling centres!
