    <description>&lt;P&gt;You will see there's another thread where three of us had the same issue so it's clearly a technical fault with Sky that can't be blamed on individual network issues. &amp;nbsp;Been having a few issues with it glitching in the last couple of days on live TV.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last few minutes of the darts final and screen goes blank. Waiting for programme to load then technical fault message comes up. I am sick to death of Sky Glass doing this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, did you ever manage to fix the problem because I am having a nightmare with it?&amp;nbsp; Sky help keep sending me back to community help.&amp;nbsp; Tried everything from reset, full reboot, and also factory reset and still it does it.&amp;nbsp; Fed up.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully you got it sorted!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there. It was a long time ago now but if I recall I had an issue with the line outside and they replaced a cable. It was to do with the WiFi. I would ask for an engineer to check your outside lines if you've exhausted all avenues inside. Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
