Sky Glass remote control voice control not working

When I press the microphone button a talk it then comes up red and says "sorry I didn't quite catch that". Be tried removing the remote batteries, turning off power to the TV and resttting router, but the same thing happens.

Are you keeping the button pressed whilst you are talking?

Try the below

Switch tv to standby (either with remote, or with button on side of set)

Switch off at plug

Switch on at plug (no waiting necessary)

When red standby light comes on, press Home button on remote.

Hi, thanks. Yes I've tried that was well as removing batteries and resetting the router

Have you tried

The remote can be reset and paired again following these steps;

Press and hold 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds.
Press and hold 4 and 6 together for three seconds.
Press and hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds and follow the on-screen instructions.
