Black screen hdmi ports sky glass

I keep getting a black screen when I use the hdmi ports, Xbox was working fine, then I got a black screen, but the sound is working, I have tried unplugging the hdmi cable for 10 seconds then plugging back in. Turned the tv off via the plug and plugging back in, re set the sky router, still got a black screen.

Are you connecting the Xbox to the Sky Glass TV using a 2.1 Certified HDMI cable?

I am using the original cable that came with my xbox series x, it has been working fine until last night when all of the hdmi ports I used, were black screen, the sound seems to be OK, I have just ordered a new 8k 2.1 hdmi cable.

I did get it sorted, I bought a new

8k hdmi cable, it's called a Zeskit Maya cable from Amazon, not cheap but it is absolutely brilliant.
