If it continues to happen it could be network related. How is your Glass connected to the internet (WiFi / ethernet?) What speed is your connection etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can run a speed test within the settings of the netflix app, this will show you the throughput the glass is getting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
