Nope, all UHD content is rock solid for me. If you're connecting via WiFi, run a speed test via the Netflix app on the Puck as that will give you an accurate WiFi connection speed at the Puck.

I was hoping with the latest QS024 update that the UHD problems would be fixed but sadly no.

Watching the liverpool v west ham game tonight, literally 2 seconds after the game started the picture froze for a few seconds then restarted. Another 10 seconds later, froze again for about 5 seconds then did the "benny hill FFW" to catch up! Then shortly after completely froze (with sound still going). Switched to the HD channel and everything looks fine. The pre-match buildup was absolutely fine. It always seems to be during the actual match that the problems occur.

Every match on UHD channel this happens for me.

My broadband is not the problem. At least 150 mb.

Anyone else had this problem?

Same problem solving applies really, if you're on WiFi run a speed test via the Netflix app as you could be on the limit for connection speed. If you are, this could be due to either WiFi interference or the signal from your router/hub getting blocked by walls etc

What speeds are you getting via the Netflix app because for UHD you need a clear 35mbps to the Glass/Puck. If you are close to this limit, you could be hit by stutters etc as the device tries to catch up with the live stream as it doesn't buffer as such in the way other streaming platforms do.

You shouldn't be getting any buffering then. Are you running anything that could be interfering or running in the background that could hurt your bandwidth?

We were on 130mbps G-Fast and it was rock solid.. we're now on 500mbps fibre with Sky and it's even better...

You're not on Virgin Media are you as some people have posted that they're having issues

I'd suggest switching over to Ethernet rather than WiFi. I've got a Sky stream puck and had the same issue on live sport and only sport when using WiFi. I switched over the Ethernet and disabled WiFi in the settings and I no longer have this issue at all.

the WiFi hardware in the glass and stream pucks is about 3-4 years old and wasn't exactly premium components that were used to begin with.

Switching to Ethernet seems to have done the trick! Had to run some long ethernet cables into powerlines in awkward places but so far so good! 63 minutes into arsenal liverpool game on uhd channel and no issues!! 🤞

@Andy-apple glad you sorted it the issue is bandwidth/speed is only one factor equally important is the regularity of the signal which is measured as jitter, If you lose a data packet due to interference the stream has to pause waiting for it to be resent. While some apps like You Tube drop the video quality (rate adaptivecstreaming) where this happens Sky and apps like iPlayer can't. Therefore ethernet or powerline which have lower jitter are far better.
