Hi, I’m trying to personalise my play list

Hi I can't see the + icon on my playlist so I can personalise the list of shows I have chosen ? There is no person icon either, as shown when I search "how to"

Can anyone help? thanks

To add a show to your playlist you have a number of options.

1) From the TV Guide highlight the show and press the + button on your remotez

2) voice search for the show and the programme page will come up. You can then either press the + button on your remote or select the "add" button from the programme page.

Oh do you mean you can't see if when on playlists so you can create the multiple personal playlists?

that could be a little glitch, have you tried turning off the device by the plug for 30 seconds to see if a full reboot solves it?

Just tried and still the same . We thought it was going too easy! Will try to call Sky tomorrow. Thanks anyway.

@Jane021 we can escalate this to the sky messaging team to see if they can assist you with this issue if you would like?

they work via instant messages rather than a live chat so there can be delays with getting responses when engaging with them but you may find that easier than trying to call Sky.

Hi Mark, thought I would let you know it has just done a download and then restarted ..while I was watching a programme....and it's now there! 😃

Ah so it was a stuck software update causing the issue then. I bet one of your reboots actually kicked it into life and caused it to progress from whatever point it got stuck at.
