@FrancescaWalton
If you are new to the forum or this is your first post then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

The first issue is you have posted on the Sky+ board. Sky+ boxes are incapable of receiving Disney+. Which Sky TV platform do you have?

Am I eligble for Disney+ on Sky?

	Sky Subscription	Eligible?
	Sky Ultimate TV	Yes
	Sky Essential TV (with Cinema)	Yes
	Sky Essential TV (without Sky Cinema)	No
	Sky Q - Sky Ultimate TV	Yes
	Sky Q-Sky Signature	Yes
	Sky Q - Sky Entertainment	Yes
	Sky+ Sky Signature	No
	Sky+ Sky Entertainment	No
	Sky+ Original/Variety/Family	No
	Sky Basics	No
	Essentials Sky Q	No
