topic Cancellations. in Sky+

Today I called Sky and spoke to them for an hour sorting out a technical fault on activating Netflix while I was speaking to them I decided to cancel Sky cinema and Ultra HD. I then got an email the same evening stating they are removing from my package as requested Netflix standard ads and ultimate TV pack. How can they get it so wrong? I need to get back onto them again, but I had problems with finding the correct Sky contact number which was time-consuming. Has anybody an idea of whom I can contact and actually speak to at Sky on a correct contact number. obviously I don't want Netflix cancelled, I have only just set that up and it took an hour to do that because of the technical problem. Also I am not sure if the ultimate TV pack that they are going to remove means the same as ultra HD I don't think it is but would like reassurance. being a young woman in her 70s I would appreciate some feedback.

You can call Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline if you have Sky Broadband. The forum doesn't allow the display of other numbers but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky phones.
