Downloading from `Search’

Hi all

have encountered a problem trying to download programmes having found them usin the 'Search' function. I get an error telling me there seems to be an error with the broadband connection. I have checked and everything is hunky dory. If I find the programme from 'Catch up TV' everything is fine and the programme downloads no problems. Any insights please?

Had the same problem myself yesterday, couldn't download via the search but managed to go through the menus to find the program I wanted.

Hi, thanks. Not sure how we can resolve this. I powered off sky box, pwered off router and reconnected. Settings showed all ok

I even defragged the box but to no avail

My mum had this issue with "All creatures great and small" the other day, I'll get her to find the episode in the OD menu and see if that gets around the broadband error

Edit: Just tried downloading from search and it worked, looks like it may have been a temp error that was fixed a few days later
