Hi there

is it possible to get a contact phone number to speak with an agent ? I want to make an enquiry about getting an old sky dish that is no longer in use removed from my roof as it's come loose and is dangerous , thank you .

Customers own the dish so it is down to you to employ a third party, Sky DO NOT provide dish removal services especially for the obsolete Sky+ systems

And therefore the householder is responsible for any injury or damage caused in the meantime, especially as you've disclosed in a public forum you consider it dangerous. I'd arrange to have it removed asap which will be at your own expense.

can someone confirm that I should remove uninstall dish myself? As part of moving to Stream I specifically asked the question and the Sales told me Sky would remove the dish - was this just Sales talk? thx

It's your dish, do with it as you see fit

Sky don't support Sky+ with "engineers" any more
