Why is nobody from Sky responding to the issues Sky + users are having with new programmes not appearing on paramount plus despite us paying for it through our Sky Cinema package.

Hi have you had any luck? I did an online chat to sky and was told because sky+ HD is 'outdated' this is why new content is not uploaded and they have no plans to update it!

Calling something so many customers still pay for outdated is crazy.

New content is uploaded to the Paramount+ section all the time, so which Paramount+ shows are you missing ? You should just email the Viewer Relations team as described above.

Whilst it can be frustating waiting for the latest releases, I think you do have to remember SKY HD is not a streaming service getting content from central servers at the providers end.

Instead it requires the provision of the content by Paramount and then uploading to the SKY servers that provide downloads.

As I don't have SKY HD I don't know how long the delays are between release on the streaming service & SKY HD but I am guessing most are available within a couple of days - even if it may take a week or so I think they do eventually appear.

As noted above Viewer Relations is the contact but I would urge SKY HD users to be patient and give them a couple of days before chasing something that may already be in the pipelines.
