This forum is primarily customer-to-customer help, you're not talking to Sky support

Have you tried trurning the Sky box off for at least 5 minures?

What is this Source Page you are refering to? Can you post a photo?

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like @Annie+UK and myself.

4 minutes is not a lot of time to compose a reply! Is this on a Sky+ set up (where you've posted)?

Have you tried the TV remote rather that a Sky remote?

Try either your TV remote or on the Sky one press TV then keep pressing help until you see the Sky picture then press the Sky button on the Sky remote.
