Netflix Free Offer via email

I've received the email about 4 months free Netflix through Sky+.
When I go into MySky and sign in, it's not showing in the VIP offers section or anywhere in the app, even on a search.

I've tried clicking on the link to the app in the email and logging into MySky separately, neither work.

Please could someone advise?

I did manage to activate the Paramount offer recently, so I'm logged into the app correctly with the right account details.

@Katy_Kirk9 Sky+ does not support apps so Netflix offers would need you to be either on Sky Q or Sky Glass/Stream.

Does it actually mention Sky+ because clearly a mistake has been made if it does ?

No, apologies, it says Sky VIP:

"Check out your top rewards this week from Sky VIP...Your first 6 months are on us, then it's £5.50 extra a month"
