Problems with viewing card after errir by Sky

We recently stated a bew deal with Sky where we canceled our multi room. Sky cancelled the wrong card, the one in the main box. We had to move the card from the multi room. Now the card will nit show xxx any sky channels

@LR62 unfortunately you cant move viewing cards between boxes anymore

Hi. Thank you for answering. It was a Sky representative who told us to move the card. On speaking to them again you are right! They wanted us to upgrade to Sky Q in order to fix the problem, that they created! We are not doing that so they are sending us a new viewing card 🤞 xx

Just swap the entire Sky box for the working one 🙂

Bummer, you'll need to move to Sky Q if you want recording 😞

We were told they cannot reactivate a card once disabled so I would not rely on this being the solution 😞
