@Phi007 Pairing to what the same box or a replacement, if the latter you won't get them back for the reasons below, if the former up to 4 hours from pairing

From 29th October 2024 sky has removed the ability to pair viewing cards to replacement boxes

viewing cards are now locked to the last box it was paired too (note: viewing cards are non transferable between accounts - hence buying a second hand box with a card included will NOT work)

any new viewing card sent will not work regardless of what you were told

you will need to call sky and discuss your options regarding upgrading to one of sky’s current tv products to continue to receive sky tv services

No sky channels
