CNN Channel Access

I have a valid Sky+ card with a sky box which have not been changed in the last two years. I believe CNN have recently encrypted their signal. The text on the screen states your sky viewing card needs to be paired to your SKY+ box which I have done and the screen on channel 506 states Pairing Successful your channel will be available shortly - this does not change.

As a Sky customer I believe this channel should be available. How do you get this channel reinstated.

For clarity do the other SKY channels work OK ?

Yes all all my other channels I previously had access appear to work ok
