      <description>&lt;P&gt;No signal came up on my TV. I switched of and waited l switched back on Now all l have is Sky news.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have changed batteries still get a red light on the remote.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not happy one bit now missing England game. I'm being charged for a service l can't use&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disappointed customer&lt;/P&gt;</description>
