@Asdfghi Unfortunately Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ equipment unless you have Sky Protect, so you'll need to contact a local satellite engineer to take a look.

Alternatively now might be a good time to consider upgrading to Sky Q. Any dish or cabling issues will be addressed as part of the Sky Q installation at no additional cost to you.

I have a matrix and HD to 4/5 televisions in house so I'm told Sky Q isn't an option

You'll potentially need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to; check / realign / repair / replace the dish, perhaps repair or replace the LNB if that's the problem, or check the cables for water ingress.

Then Sky Glass or Sky Stream will be your only Sky options if your broadband is fast enough to run the service and you current system cannot be repaired by a 3rd party

i will just cancel all as I pay £93 a month and too expensive .

If your minimum term has ended you’ll need to give Sky the usual 31 days notice. The latest T’s and C’s explicitly state you can’t cancel when still in a minimum term deal unless Sky agree. If they agree you’ll have to pay the remainder of your discounted term.

I'm out of contract .
Will try cancel tomorrow as it's pointless if cannot watch Sky.
been customer 30 years or so but means nothing to Sky. Walking away seems only way to resolve and save £1100 a year
