Unplug the HDMI cable between your Sky box and tv. Turn the ends over so that the plug that used to go to the tv, now goes to your Sky box. Wait a couple of minutes, then restart your Sky box and tv.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Id certainly Recommend turning off for 5 minutes and then on again, however it is worth pointing out that Sky + is a legacy product and as such is no longer being supported by Sky. Have you cosnidered upgrading to Sky stream ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
