&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the first instance turn your Sky box off at the plug and remove the Card. Wait at least 4 minutes before restarting the box. Once it has fully restarted, reinsert the Card, chip down.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't resolve it, you'll need to call to request a replacement Card. The adviser might tell you'll that they can't send you a new Card and you'll have to upgrade to Sky Q or Stream. Unless it has changed recently, that's not the case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
