    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah, I did over 12 months ago. When the engineer came out he decided it couldn't be connected so was cancelled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;the viewing card is the original one so petty old now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Annoyingly, if the Sky Q install is cancelled, the deactivation can still go ahead. If that's what's happened, you would need to contact Sky to get a new card. You absolutely don't need to switch away from Sky+ even though the agent will try to convince you to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
