&lt;P&gt;I can understand how anyone could leave a service not working for longer than a day without contacting the provider for a fix&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Remember Sky+ (where you've posted) is no longer supported by Sky and they won't send an engineer&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
