@AJ1764 do you mean no satellite signal? Try restarting your Sky box by switching it off at the plug for 4 minutes. While it's off, check that the dish connections at the back are still secure.

If that doesn't resolve it, the cause is most likely a fault with your dish or cables. Unfortunately Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ equipment unless you have Sky Protect, so you'll need to contact a local satellite engineer to take a look.

Alternatively now might be a good time to consider upgrading to Sky Q. Any dish or cabling issues will be addressed as part of the Sky Q installation at no additional cost to you.

@AJ1764 bear in mind that Sky+ is an old, increasingly obsolete platform, long since superseded by Sky Q (itself ageing) and Sky Stream. No Sky+ equipment has been manufactured for more than a decade.

I'm sure Sky will be happy to do you a deal to switch to Sky Q. As Sky Q boxes are loaned to you, there are no ongoing maintenance costs. By way of comparison, even if Sky were still maintaining Sky+ systems, an engineer visit would have cost you £65.
