I have sky+ which now includes Disney and I can no longer access this on my TV or on my mobile app

Disney+ is not included with any Sky+ channel subscription. Only Sky Q and Stream/Glass customers get Disney+ included in their subscription.

Disney+ is not available through Sky for Sky+ / Sky+HD customers.

@Buddy27 And, as it's not available via your Sky+HD Box, this shouldn't affect your ability to access Disney+ via your TV App or Mobile App.
