Sky cancelled wrong card

What a nightmare I'm having with Sky! I cancelled Multiscreen as my old box is only Sky+ so most channels have not been available since May 2024 but they cancelled the wrong card, i.e. the one for my main Sky+HD box! It took ages for them to realise what they'd done wrong, before then, some numpty was simply telling me that my box wasn't compatible with On Demand! Eventually, a second person realised that my main card had been disabled so she said she would send me a replacement which I've now received. I've paired it with my SkyHD box but I can't see any of my paid for Sports channels, except MUTV! On looking at their letter, I see that they've replaced the wrong card, i.e. the one that was attached to my old Sky+ box, not the one that they'd accidentally disabled!! Is it this that is causing me not to be able to see my paid for Sports channels? I know I'm going to end up having to go to Sky Q but it grates that will will be because of Sky **bleep** ups!!

@nickireynolds Does it allow to view the SD version of the Sky channels (eg Ch 806) ?

806 is Sky One HD on my box and, no, that's still not viewable.
