I' pay for Hayu £4.99 a month but now I get it part of my sky package I wish to cancel the payment but still want to keep the package please but I'm having problems doing this without not still getting Hayu kind regards Louise Munro

@Louise1560 Hayu with Sky doesn't go fully live until July. Sky haven't yet published instructions on how to proceed if you already have a subscription.

Also note that if you have Sky+ (where you've posted) then the Hayu included in your Sky package will only be access to programmes made available in the On Demand section on your Sky+HD Box, not the full Hayu App.
