    <description>&lt;P&gt;I contacted curator service on Monday 23.2.26 to discuss that the hard drive on my Kian sky box is broken. The woman had to call me back due to system issues. She called me around 10.45am. We spoke for a while and she spoke to her manager and the outcome was - I was getting a sky box sent with express delivery and it would be with me in 48 hours. Confirms there was no changes to service and no charge.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've waited for the box to arrive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yesterday 27.2.26 I called to chase the box. I was told no box had been sent. I spoke to several people. One woman said a box would be sent in 3-5 working days and I would be compensated. During me conversation with her she put me on hold. I was then passed to broadband. It was at this point the phone cut off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have now been without a sky box for a significant amount of time. I have received extremely poor customer service. I've had false promised and currently I have no idea if a sky box is on its way. Can you please confirm.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please Note:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky &lt;STRONG&gt;Glass&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and/or Sky &lt;STRONG&gt;Stream&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Satellite TV is on its last legs and is being replaced due to the lack of any new satellites being launched to replace the existing ones that are at the end of their service&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, as &lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/105"&gt;@Annie+UK&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;says, you definitely won't be getting a Sky+HD Box sent to you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully you have Sky Q. Replacement Sky Q boxes are usually sent via DPD who will only leave it if you have the faulty box ready to go back with them. You should also have the power lead ready to go back in case the replacement box has a different power connection. Most important thing is to keep your viewing card to put into the new box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
