      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't had access to sky for over three months. Direct debits have been coming out with me not utilising the service.&amp;nbsp; agent mentioned I need a new sky Q box because my current one is outdated this will not affect my current contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You'll need to call Sky to arrange an engineer visit to change the LNB on your dish and install a Q box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
