Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, and/or Sky Stream.

Satellite TV is on its last legs and is being replaced due to the lack of any new satellites being launched to replace the existing ones that are at the end of their service

You'll have to get the people who deal with the communal dish to sort you out, or you could upgrade to Sky Stream or Sky Glass but do your research

Which do you have? You mention Sky Q but you've posted on the Sky+ board.

I have a communal dish so not able to get sky q.

@Abby

I now understand what you were referring to.

I'm afraid Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD set ups.

As stated by @Annie+UK youll need to speak to your landlord or building management company who are responsible for the system.

The alternative is contacting Sky to change to Glass / Stream.
