&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The system reset will delete your recordings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If neither resolves the issue, your hard disk has failed and you'll need to upgrade to Sky Q or Stream. Contact Sky for your options.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you don't want to upgrade you could investigate getting the hard disk replaced at your own expense. Note that you're won't be able to replace the box with another Sky+HD box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
