    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to say I received a new viewing card for the intended Q box but the box was never installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im not sure that I should be pairing that card but the result is the same- an error message&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;UK sky plus 25 years. Got a "viewing card not authorised" message a week ago. Rang and was advised I needed a new card. Rang and was told a new card would be sent in 3-5 days. Rang today to chase it up and was told a new card had not been ordered. I now notice the&amp;nbsp; card number on the website has been changed. The call centre cannot change the number back to the number on my exisitng card as they have no authority or access. There is NO UK number to ring as all calls get randomly sent to a call centre which may be anywhere. The call centre do not have any numbers either. The only way to speak to a real person is to tell them you wish to cancel!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All I want is to get the card number back to match my card. simples? No. Anybody got any thoughts please. Wife is missing her crime stuff!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards Dave&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's SKY... they do that also when the customer not order the Q Receiver.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SKY want get lost of the old SKY+ HD Receiver.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They does that with me. as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
