Cannot live pause channel 5 sky+ box

Hi tried to pause channel 5 as someone knocked on the door but says live pause not available, it's working on all other channels. Anyone else had this problem. Not able to rewind either. Using sky+ box

Same issue here. It seems to happen with Channel 5 now and again.
