Can I have some engineer over please? And can we please speak to a human being

You will have to find a company local to you as Sky do not support Sky+ systems so will not send out an engineer im

afraid.

@Jan810 the dish has to ge aligned very accurately in order to receive a good signal. You wouldn't be able to do that without proper equipment.

Unfortunately Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ equipment unless you have Sky Protect, so you'll need to contact a local satellite engineer to take a look.

Alternatively now might be a good time to consider upgrading to Sky Q. Any dish or cabling issues will be addressed as part of the Sky Q installation at no additional cost to you.

And arranging a local satellite engineer would be at your own expense.
