&lt;P&gt;As stated above Sky don't send engineers for Sky+ issues (where you've posted).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Customers who book an engineer for their &lt;STRONG&gt;Sky Q&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;equipment should now receive a tracking link on the day of the planned visit. This will show when the engineer is expected to arrive.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unfortunately some jobs take longer than expected and then impact appointments for later in the day.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
