Sky+HD remote i button stopped working

My sky+HD i button on the remote control suddenly stopped working 2days ago.

everything else appears ok. I'm not confident about taking the batteries out in case l lose all the other functions.

@JA61 sometimes the box is the problem, not the remote. Try turning your Sky box off at the plug for 4 minutes. Then see if it works.

After a couple of days it's started working again.
l have not been using my main tv with the sky box for a while but using a tv in another room that has a connection with a "tv link" device.
l think l read it maybe something to do with that. I switched my main tv on several times over a few hours & l don't know whether this solved the problem but for whatever reason the i button is now working 🫰🫰🫰 Thank you
