    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Settings/Network/Connection to On Demand says OK as does Connection to Broadband Router until I try to access On Demand. Then I get a page saying Connect your Sky+HD box to broadband.... and when I go back to the settings page the Connection to On Demand is changed to FAIL.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried rebooting everything and resetting everything but no change.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help greatfully received.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Yes, it has worked before and yes I rebooted my router and the sky box. The sky box is plugged into a wifi mesh box via an Ethernet cable. I've rebooted that also.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It's odd that the broadband connection is reported as OK, it's just the on demand that isn't working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You could try a temporary direct connection, either ethernet or WiFi, direct to your router?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It tured out to be an IP Address conflict. Changing the IP Address of the sky box fixed the problem. Thanks for your help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
