Receive my new box but have just gotten round to setting it up. There is no viewing card

@Michelledobbs you've posted in the Sky+ forum, but Sky won't have sent you a Sky+ box. Is this Sky Q? Or Stream?

@Michelledobbs You have posted on sky plus board which is a legacy system which sky no longer sells supports they also don't replace boxes or issue new viewing cards

so do you have sky Q by any chance?

if so and have received a replacement main box you needed to have taken the card out of the old box before returning it, you will now need to contact sky and order a replacement

If you have sky glass or stream you don't get a viewing card
