so which sky tv service do you have

sky plus/hd Q glass or stream

fyi your only communicating with fellow customers here not sky support so replies are instant

You will not get a new or refurbished Sky Plus box

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q (Satellite TV is approaching end of life so is not a long term solution)

@Nuttynana63 you would need to upgrade to Sky Q, which is Sky's current satellite tv platform, in order to get a second box.

@mandyrose19858 you mean to upgrade? Sky Q kit and its installation is free. There's a charge for a Puck, if you take the Sky Stream option (£50?).

Subscription costs depend on the package you choose
