I have tried many times to pair my viewing card using the services menu on my SkyHD box without success..

where can I telephone to get the card paired

@Mike571 Is this a replacement Sky+HD box? If so you can no longer pair your card to another box.

So basically Sky+, being a legacy package, is no longer supported by Sky.

If it applies to you, you can't pair a viewing card to any other Sky+ / Sky+HD box that it wasn't paired to at the end of October 2024.

You can still call Sky to discuss your options which will be upgrading to Sky Q or moving to Glass / Steam to continue to view Sky content through a Sky subscription.

I have changed my Sky box..

since my post I have spoken to Sky and they are sending me a new card for my SkyHD box..

The viewing card will be locked to your old box as cards for the past 12 months are not transferable between boxes

Unless Sky have changed their policy (unlikely) it won't work, for the reasons @Annie+UK posted.
