I obviously pressed a wrong button as I can only get live TV on Vidaa & not normal channels

@JL271 sorry, I don't know what 'live TV on Vidaa' means. If this is a Sky UK issue, can you explain further?

You probably need to use the television remote to select the HDMI port which the Sky+ HD box is connected to.

Vidaa is the branding of the Linux OS used by Hisense on their smart television sets.

I suspect @JL271 has inadvertently selected either a television Home screen or a DTTV tuner.
