You've posted in the Sky+ board. Is this the same viewing card and same Sky+ box that were paired 12 months ago?

Sky Plus Viewing cards were locked to the box they were paired to at the end of October 2024

Performing a New Install will re-pair a card to the box it is locked to

Had to replace hd box with my viewing card it says successfully requested but still not showing my package

So basically Sky+, being a legacy package, is no longer supported by Sky.

You can't pair a viewing card to any other Sky+ / Sky+HD box that it wasn't paired to at the end of October 2024. This has been asked on here and discussed many times since this policy came into effect.

You can still call Sky to discuss your options which will be upgrading to Sky Q or moving to Glass / Steam to continue to view Sky content through a Sky subscription.

@Goozler01 unfortunately you can no longer pair your Viewing Card with a replacement box. As @Annie+UK posted, your Card is locked to the box in use a year ago.
