I'm having issues with my sound when watching tv through the sky box. It's fine when watching tv without the box so I know it's not the tv that is the issue. I'll be watching something and the sound will distort halfway through or disappear all together. Can anyone help please?

Try a different HDMI Cable or unplug the existing HDMI cable and swap the ends around and/or use a different HDMI socket on the TV
